The Digital Archive is created by using the Novaptus Systems Scanner Suite. The information can be posted within the practice's internal network, should the practice purchase a Scanner Suite.

Typically, a practice's Digital Archive will be accessed through the Novaptus Systems Customer Portal on the Novaptus Systems web site. Practices are given a secure password and log-in ID. Each practice's Digital Archive is compartmented, allowing secure access only to their own patient information.

Once inside the Customer Portal, the practice is presented with a client home page that allows extensive search and retrieval capabilities.
